Just had Beck's for the first time and no way would this be my first choice for a burger. The burgers were ok but overpriced. The fries were good but too greasy. The shakes (everybody raves so I had to have one) are very overpriced and not what i was expecting.
Next time I want a good shake I'll go to Whataburger and get more for my money. The next time I want a good burger I'll go to Fuddruckers. Becks was not worth the drive or the money.
Good and juicy, fresh grilled buns, fresh ingredients..fries are great and the chocolate malts are thick and wonderful. The place is always clean and service is good.
I have known the guy that runs these restaurants, Mike Knapp, and he is personally obsessive about quality, value, service and cleanliness. Who could ask for anything more?
