I have been going to KBB since Tamara was located next to where Moe's Place is, over 20 years ago. The best selection, friendly staff and a joy to visit. If it is in print, KBB will have it or find it. Glad to see them make this list.

Katy Budget books is a great store they are always helpful and friendly. They stock all of the books for the schools the kids need. I like the buy back option they have I can give them our old books and have money available for the family to get more books. It is a great convenience and wonderful resource to have here in Katy...

I love to go to KBB it has the most wonderful homey feeling and everytime we go the folks there are so helpful and welcoming and wonderful to my 2 year old daughter. It's rare when you find a bookstore that is so family friendly - and the prices are out of this world - we especially love to stock up on the 50 cent sales. Everyone should check out KBB - drop by and enjoy a friendly, warm, environment - an you'll certainly get a great deal as well!

We love to go to KBB to search for a good read. The staff has recommendations from which you can choose according to your likes. The staff is very courteous, and directs the customer to the staff member who can best assist. The children's department is my favorite - it welcomes readers and not yet readers. There are old favorites plus new treasures to find and the manager of that department is wonderful.
