My wife and I just bought a "new" bike from S&S in Memorial Mall. It was a nightmare. The bike had shifters and brakes on it other than the standard ones for a "new" model. There was plant debris in the chain and dings, dents and scratches all over the place. We took the bike back in and the manager said "do you feel safe" and if the answer was yes then he didn't see the problem. It took us over an hour and a half to return the bike and get our money back. We will not be going back to S&S.
I'm new to biking and the S&S in Clear Lake has to be the top! I've shopped around for a reasonably priced bike and Sun & Ski had it for me! There's no comparison to this store. The guys were really helpful in fitting me to the bike that was the best one for me. Thanks, guys! Great service and selection. I love my bike!
Excellent service. They helped me build my racing bike and got the parts that I wanted - fast! The special order wasn't a hassle and the staff was very friendly and courteous. I was also able to sign up for the MS150!
Great selection and the staff was very helpful when I went to find bikes for the whole family. We ended up signing up for a bike ride, while we were there. They did a great job of helping out with maintenance tips and showing us how to ride better. Thanks, S&S!
Sun & Ski Sports has one of the largest selections of bikes and accessories. I took my family there, recently to the Westheimer location, to check out what they have. I was amazed at the range of bikes they had to offer. Bikes for kids all the way through pro racing bikes. The staff knew their stuff and they had a huge selection of safety gear and accessories for the bikes. I was very impressed.
Love their selection of bikes and the service before and after the sale is fantastic! I think they do a terrific job on putting together bike rides, as well.
